State Sen. Tory Rocca, R-Sterling Heights, welcomed Pastor Kenneth Wagener of St. Peter Lutheran Church and School in Macomb to the Michigan Capitol on Wednesday. Pastor Wagener gave the invocation before the start of the Senate session.
